COUNCIL MEETINGS

All meetings of the Town Council and Committees are open to the public. You are most welcome to attend any meeting. A public participation agenda item is on all agendas. You may discuss any matters that do not appear on the agenda with Councillors. However at Planning meetings you are able to speak for or against an application for a maximum of three minutes.

Meetings start at 6.30pm apart from Planning that starts at 5.30pm and are held in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall, Petersfield. Please find below a schedule of the meetings for the current municipal year (May 2010 – April 2011)
