Annual Report 2019/20:

Five Rivers Presentation

Stephanie Knights of Five Rivers gave a presentation on the Heath Pond Enhancement and Pond Stabilisation.  There was a brief question and answer session which followed.

Guest speaker Lucy Lomax of Free Shop Friday outlined the activities of the community service which they provide at the Station Hub.

We then moved onto the presentation of the Daniel Day Lewis Awards 2019/20.

This year’s nominees were Stanley Lyons of The Petersfield School.  It was clear from the sound clip that we were treated to that Stanley is a very talented musician with a great future ahead of him.

Darcy Paige Gander of Lion & Unicorn Players.  Darcy took the lead role in their recent play Kindertransport having to speak in German in parts.

Theo Lacey nominated by Winton Players for taking on complex roles and helping to mentor junior cast members.

And our winner of the night was The Petersfield School’s Tilley Padley whose video clip had wowed the Councillors at the recent Full Council Meeting.  Tilley is hugely involved in both dance and drama in and out of school.

The audience was then treated to a talk by Community Clean Up Coordinator Beth Svarovska. (The Petersfield Society)
