Petersfield Museum - Official Opening

Petersfield Town Mayor Cllr Phil Shaw was delighted to be present at the recent official re-opening of the Petersfield Museum.

The project, which has been 11 years in the making has been proudly reopened to residents and visitors after an impressive £4m refurbishment and expansion.

Our Mission is to promote the preservation, understanding and enjoyment of the history and cultures of Petersfield and the surrounding villages by showcasing the extensive and varied local history, archaeology and art of the area and the wider history of dress through exhibitions, research, education and outreach.
