Surveys in Town

Petersfield Town Council has commissioned a transport study to understand the forms of transport that come in and out of our town, including cars, buses, cyclists and walkers. As part of this study, surveys are being undertaken during May. These surveys include: • Automatic Number Plate Recognition surveys • Manual surveys including a pedestrian questionnaire • Automated Traffic Counts The results of this study will help us to re-develop the centre of our town in terms of traffic flow and better tourism facilities. If you have any questions as to the nature of these surveys please call Steve Field 01730 264182 or email
